The Green Table @ The Charmant

Carbon Cannabis is proud to present The Green Table, an infused dinner party series rooted in local tradition and elevated by nature. This plant focused dinner series was born in an effort to offer an elevated and alcohol free dining experience by blending gourmet cuisine with the artistry of cannabis infusion. Our debut event will take place on Sunday, March 2, 2025, from 6:00 to 8:00 PM, at the iconic Charmant Hotel. 

Guests of The Green Table will enjoy an artisan crafted multi-course dinner led by Chef Ben of The Charmant. Each course will incorporate carefully measured infusions as well as a terpene pairing highlighting the nuanced flavors and effects of cannabis in a responsible and sophisticated manner.

This is a 21+ event. Ticket purchase also includes one crafted mocktail and gratuity for servers.

Once you purchase your ticket you will receive an email with a liability waiver and general questionnaire that needs to be filled out prior to the event.
